Selexel is a high-performance metallised floor polish, specially formulated for exceptional strength and durability while remaining easy to remove when required. The advanced non-yellowing, cross-linked polymer film ensures long-lasting clarity, preventing discolouration even on the lightest floors.

Designed to produce a rich, deep shine with excellent slip resistance, this polish responds exceptionally well to all spray burnishing techniques, keeping floors looking pristine and professional.

Application

Suitable for use on a wide range of sealed and resilient floor types including linoleum, PVC, rubber, sealed cork, sealed wood, terrazzo, and thermoplastic surfaces.

Note: Not suitable for unsealed wood, unsealed cork, or laminate flooring.

Directions for use:

• Ensure the floor is clean and completely grease-free before application.
• Strip away old polish using Selstrip or Selate, rinse thoroughly with clean water, and allow the floor to dry completely.
• Apply a thin, even coat of Selexel with a clean, lint-free mop or applicator.
• Allow to dry for approximately 30 minutes before applying a second coat.
• Buff the surface as required to further enhance gloss and appearance.

Maintenance:

• Damp Mopping: As required, using Lemon Floor Gel or Selclen.
• Spray Cleaning/Burnishing: Regular use of Fast Lane or Selsheen will maintain a high-gloss finish and extend the polish’s lifespan.
