Ultrapac Renovate 5L is a highly concentrated multi-surface restoration cleaner and pre-spray designed to remove dry soot, carbon, fire residues, filtration soils, ingrained dirt, rubber marks, and draught marks from carpets, fabrics, floors, walls, ceilings, plastics, metals, and sealed wood. Its cationic solvent-free formula helps “pull out” soils by neutralising electrical charge while deodorising during use. Ideal for fire restoration, safety flooring, and heavily soiled environments, this red liquid cleaner leaves a fresh floral fragrance after application.

Please be aware pH values may be approximated on a scale between two values, this table uses the most acidic value provided by manufacturer. Please refer to the provided Safety Data Sheet, or specification table below for approximate pH values. For diluted values, please refer to the SDS/COSHH document below.
Instructions for use
- For normal soiling, dilute 10–20ml per litre of warm water
- For heavy soil and restoration, dilute 50ml per litre
- For ceiling cleaning, add 50ml B151 Oxibrite per 5 litres of solution
- For pressure washing, mix 1 part product to 4 parts water
- Apply using sprayer, sponge, or floor machine
- Allow 2–5 minutes contact time for heavy soiling
- Scrub if required and rinse thoroughly with clean water
- Carpets and fabrics should be extraction rinsed with B109 Fibre & Fabric Rinse

- Always pre-test surfaces in an inconspicuous area
- Do not use on water sensitive fabrics, unsealed wood, aluminium, or delicate surfaces
- Wear suitable personal protective equipment
- Cover sensitive furnishings during ceiling cleaning applications
- Observe all safety precautions during use
