Greyland Maximum Eco Water Based Lavender Floor Gel is a specially formulated hard surface cleaner designed to tackle even the heaviest deposits of oil, grease and grime while leaving a fresh lavender fragrance. With a non-abrasive, neutral to mildly alkaline formula (pH 7–10), it gently cleans without stripping polished floors, making it ideal for both daily maintenance and periodic deep cleaning.
Suitable for most floor types – including linoleum, PVC, sealed wood, cork and other sealed hard surfaces – Lavender Maximum also delivers excellent cleaning results on tiled walls and paintwork. It dissolves scuff and heel marks, leaving floors clean, bright and ready to burnish to a high-gloss finish when used with a high-speed floor machine. The low-foaming formulation makes it suitable for use in floor scrubbing machines as well as for traditional damp mopping, in both household and high-traffic commercial or retail areas.
As part of the Greyland Maximum Eco range, every container features peelable, recyclable, chemical-resistant labels that stay legible throughout use and support effective recycling. The plastic packaging itself is made using 51% recycled polymers, helping to reduce environmental impact without compromising on professional results.
Instructions for Use
Important: Always wear protective gloves and test on an inconspicuous area first. Do not use on French polished surfaces. Floors may be slippery when wet.
Dilution guide:
- Heavy soiling: Dilute 1:10 – 100 ml per 1 L of hot or warm water.
- General cleaning: Dilute 1:30 – 100 ml per 3 L of hot or warm water.
- Light soiling: Dilute 1:50 – 100 ml per 5 L of hot or cold water.
Application (damp mopping / machine use):
- Prepare the solution at the required dilution.
- Damp mop the floor or use in a suitable floor scrubbing machine.
- Allow the floor to dry completely.
- Burnish with a high-speed floor machine and polishing pad to restore and enhance the shine.
Do not mix with other chemicals such as bleaching products.
Health & Safety Information
- Wear suitable protective gloves and appropriate PPE when handling, dispensing or using the product.
- Avoid contact with eyes and prolonged skin contact. If eye contact occurs, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water and seek medical advice if irritation persists.
- Floors may be slippery when wet; use caution and appropriate signage during cleaning.
- Do not ingest. If swallowed, seek medical attention immediately and show the product label or container.
- Do not mix with other chemicals (e.g. bleach or strong alkalis), as this may cause adverse reactions.
- Use only on suitable, sealed surfaces; do not use on French polished floors.
- Store in the original, tightly closed container in a cool, well-ventilated place away from direct sunlight and extremes of temperature.
