A biotech odour and stain digester for carpets, fabrics and hard floors that breaks down bodily fluids, drink spills and organic residues, preventing odours and mould, septic-tank compatible and pleasantly fragranced.
Greyland Maximum Eco Biotech BT7 Odour & Stain Digester is a biotechnology-based cleaner specially developed to tackle some of the toughest hygiene challenges in professional environments. Its advanced formula breaks down odours at source and digests organic soiling such as bodily fluids, vomit, urine and spilt beverages that have penetrated into carpets, upholstery, fabrics and porous flooring. Instead of merely masking smells, BT7 targets the organic residues causing the problem, leaving treated areas cleaner and fresher with a pleasant fragrance.
Ideal for use in care homes, healthcare, hospitality, education and leisure facilities, BT7 is also effective around urinals, walkways, sink outlets, baths, showers and kitchen waste units. It can help prevent regrowth of mould and moss on damp paths and in poorly ventilated changing areas when used regularly. Non-harmful and compatible with septic tanks, BT7 can be used neat for odour hot spots, black mould, fat and urine, or diluted up to 1:20 for general maintenance cleaning.
All Greyland products are supplied in containers with peelable, recyclable, chemical-resistant labels that stay legible in use. The plastic packaging contains 51% recycled polymers, supporting more sustainable, professional cleaning operations.
Instructions for Use
- Preparation: Remove any loose debris or excess soiling from the surface.
- Neat use: For strong odours, black mould, fat and urine, use BT7 neat as supplied.
- Maintenance cleaning: For general use, dilute up to 1:20 with clean water.
- Application: Apply the product or solution generously to the affected area immediately after contamination, ensuring it penetrates into the fabric or surface.
- Contact time: Leave for 2–3 minutes (or longer on heavy soiling) to allow the biotechnology to work.
- Finishing: Wipe away any excess liquid. Do not rinse. Allow the area to air dry.
- For small bore pipes and outlets, pour a suitable amount into the outlet and allow to work undisturbed, preferably during quiet periods or overnight.
