Greyland Maximum Eco Biotech BT2 Kitchen Cleaner & Degreaser is a powerful, enzyme-based degreaser specifically developed for professional catering and food service environments. The highly concentrated, unfragranced formula rapidly breaks down grease, fats and food residues on contact, leaving worktops, equipment and floors hygienically clean. By targeting organic matter and odours at source, rather than masking them with perfume, BT2 helps maintain fresher, more pleasant kitchens and food preparation areas.

Safe for use on all hard, washable surfaces, this biotech cleaner is ideal for stainless steel, tiles, sealed floors and most catering equipment. Dilute at 1:100 into spray bottles or buckets for general cleaning, or at 1:50 for heavy duty degreasing on stubborn, baked-on fats and oils. For spray applications, simply apply to the surface, leave for a few minutes, then scrub or wipe clean. For floors, mop the diluted solution onto the surface, agitate to lift grease and soil, then remove excess solution with a mop or squeegee and allow to air dry without rinsing.

Instructions for Use

Dilution:

General cleaning: dilute 1:100 into spray bottles or buckets.
Heavy duty degreasing: dilute 1:50 for tough grease on catering equipment.

Spray cleaning:

Spray onto the surface and leave for a few minutes to allow enzymes to work.
Scrub or wipe clean with a cloth or scourer as required.

Floor cleaning:

Wipe up spills and sweep the floor first.
Mop diluted solution onto the floor until it penetrates grease and soil.
Mop or brush the floor, then mop up solution or squeegee excess liquid towards the drain.
Do not rinse; allow to air dry for best residual effect.

• Wear suitable protective gloves when handling concentrates and during prolonged use.
• Avoid contact with eyes and prolonged contact with skin. If eye contact occurs, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water and seek medical advice if irritation persists.

• Do not mix with other chemicals or disinfectants, as this may affect performance.
• Store upright in the original container, tightly closed, in a cool, dry place away from extreme temperatures.
