Greyland Maximum Eco Biotech BT1 All Purpose & Floor Cleaner is a powerful, biotechnology-based cleaner designed for modern, eco-conscious facilities. This concentrated formula uses the latest biotech actives to break down scale, grease and organic residues, targeting odours directly at their source rather than simply masking them. Safe for use on all washable surfaces, it’s ideal for floors, walls, worktops and general hard surfaces in kitchens, washrooms, public areas and commercial premises.

The biotech action offers residual protection from biofilms, helping to maintain cleaner, fresher surfaces for longer between cleans. Maximum Eco Biotech BT1 is highly economical in use: simply dilute at 1:200 for spray bottles or buckets and 1:300 in scrubber driers. The product is designed to be sprayed on and left to air-dry without rinsing, streamlining cleaning routines and reducing water use.

All Greyland products feature peelable, recyclable, chemical-resistant labels that stay clear and legible throughout use, supporting effective recycling of containers. In addition, every container is manufactured using 51% recycled polymers, helping reduce environmental impact while maintaining robust, professional packaging.

Instructions for Use

• General spray cleaning: Dilute 1:200 in spray bottles or buckets.
• Apply solution evenly to the surface or floor.
• Allow the product to air-dry – do not rinse. Repeat application if necessary on heavily soiled areas.
• Scrubber drier use: Dilute at 1:300 in the machine’s solution tank and clean as normal.
• For best results, use regularly as part of a daily cleaning routine.

• Wear suitable protective gloves and, where necessary, eye protection when handling concentrates.
• Avoid contact with eyes and prolonged contact with skin. In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water and seek medical advice if irritation persists.
• Do not ingest. If swallowed, seek medical attention immediately and show the product label or container.
• Do not mix with other cleaning chemicals.
• Store upright in a cool, dry place, in the original container with the cap tightly closed.
• Keep out of reach of children and pets.
