EVANS | SEALAQUA WATER BASED FLOOR SEALANT | A025EEV2

EVANS Sealaqua Water Based Floor Sealant (A025EEV2) is a water-based polyurethane and acrylic floor seal designed for internal wood and concrete surfaces. It delivers a hard-wearing, slip resistant finish with a quick-drying, low odour formula that dries to a silk sheen and can be recoated within 2 hours. Suitable for medium traffic areas, coverage per 5L is approximately 30–40m² for 2 coats. Apply undiluted in thin, even coats for best results.

Instructions for use

• Ensure floor is clean, dry, wax free and neutral
• Apply a thin, even coat with a seal applicator or clean, soft brush
• Allow to dry 1–2 hours, then apply a second coat and allow to dry
• If the floor is porous, further coats may be necessary
• Drying times vary with ventilation, temperature and humidity
• Sanding between coats isn’t necessary, but a light sand with a medium grade floor pad helps key the surface if applying a third/fourth coat
• After final coat: leave minimum 12 hours before light traffic, and minimum 5 days before starting a maintenance programme
