EVANS Sealant B Emulsion Polish Primer 5L (A061EEV2) is an acrylic, water-based floor polish primer designed to penetrate old, worn or porous floors and create a solid undercoat that maximises emulsion polish performance. Formulated with special polymers, it helps improve polish durability and provides a strong foundation before topcoating. Suitable for new floors as well as challenging surfaces, it can be used on vinyl, rubber, linoleum, terrazzo and marble. Coverage per 5L is approximately 400–500m² for 1 coat. Apply undiluted.

Instructions for use

• Ensure the floor is dry, clean and neutral
• Use undiluted
• Pour into a clean bucket/tray, or pour directly onto the floor in a thin line
• Use a mop/applicator to spread thinly and evenly over the floor
• Leave to dry for approximately 30 minutes
• If the floor is very old or porous, a second coat may be required
• Once completely dry, apply an emulsion floor polish
