EVANS Combi Oven Cleaner 5L (EV0041) is a high-active, low foaming detergent developed for effective cleaning of combination oven interiors. It easily removes baked-on grease and food deposits and is designed for automatic dosing through the oven’s integral cleaning system during selected programmes. Effective in all water conditions, it can also be used for manual cleaning when needed. For best results, use alongside Evans Rinse Aid Extra. Typical automatic dilution is 0.5%–2.0%, adjustable via the oven control panel.

Instructions for use

Automatic cleaning: Dose through the oven’s integral cleaning system per manufacturer instructions. Typical dilution 0.5%–2.0%, adjustable on the oven control panel depending on soiling.

Manual cleaning:

• Select Manual wash and press Start/Stop (oven heats/cools to required temperature)
• Affix an extending trigger spray to the 5L container
• When prompted Spray with cleaner, open door and spray internal cabinet including shelves and grids; close door and allow 10 minutes contact time
• Restart programme and allow oven to complete manual wash cycle
• Rinse thoroughly
• Allow to air dry
