In line with our commitment of increased customer care we can now offer a competitive and reliable maintenance programme through our new service department, covering almost all areas of mainland UK.
The ongoing maintenance of domestic and commercial cleaning equipment is paramount to peak performance and reliability. We now service and repair not only our entire range of equipment, but also that of most other manufacturers of commercial cleaning equipment. Our highly skilled engineers are also available for specialist and foreign equipment cover.
We cover domestic and commercial vacuum cleaners, carpet cleaners, floor polishers, pedestrian & ride-on sweepers, scrubber driers, pressure washers, etc. Manufacturers include Karcher, Prochem, Numatic, Nilco, Walter Broadley, Comac, Nilfisk, Wetrok, Tennant, Hako, Clarke, Alto, Ambassador, Columbus Dixon, Taski, Premiere Products, Victor, Trophy, Lever, Kew & Cleanfix.

Our services include
A planned and costed maintenance contract is the sensible way to minimise nuisance failure and maintain maximum working efficiency through the machine's working life. On each visit, our engineer will thoroughly inspect and test each product, advising you on any worn parts which may require replacement, so that you can be confident of maximising its productivity. Any necessary lubrication, resetting or adjustment of components will be undertaken within the terms of the contract and where it is found to require replacement, parts will be supplied and fitted at a special discounted rate.
For equipment that is not covered by a maintenance contract, we can offer a responsive call-out service to ensure your equipment is fixed and back in operation in the shortest possible time. Carrying a comprehensive range of common components for most major makes, our experienced engineers can identify and resolve breakdowns quickly and effectively.
Portable appliance testing
In accordance with the Electricity at Work Regulations (1989), we can offer low cost Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) on all makes of commercial cleaning equipment. This can be arranged on an ad-hoc basis or on a planned yearly contract.

We offer a range of specialist services including steam cleaner calibration and certification for the motor industry as well as support for larger truck and trailer-mounted pressure washers, steam cleaners and carpet cleaners.
MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS - TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Express Cleaning Supplies will visit the machine at the location address for the number of times as stated on the maintenance agreement to carry out a mechanical and electrical inspection on each machine under contract. This shall include visual, operational and general safety checks. The term of the agreement shall be for one year and the appropriate number of visits per year will be provided at regular intervals. The contract shall be renewed automatically unless otherwise instructed. This contract will cover all travel and labour costs for the number of visits stated, but all component parts used will be chargeable to the customer. Portable Appliance Testing, in accordance with the Electricity at Work Regulations (1989), shall be included with each visit for each machine covered under contract. Breakdown call-outs shall be provided free of charge, however labour will be charged, along with parts as required. Unscheduled call outs to repair damaged equipment due to mis-use or negligence shall be subject to charge at the normal call-out rate. If on the first inspection visit the machine is not found to be in good working order, we reserve the right to charge for remedial work before the contract can begin. This service contract agreement does not cover equipment that is in operation for more than a standard 8 hour working day or for any other purpose than may contravene the manufacturers recommendation. To cancel this agreement the customer should notify the Service Manager at Express Cleaning Supplies giving at least one months notice in writing.
