All training courses include coffee, lunch, tea, reference manual and certificate of attendance. Reservations must be accompanied by payment for the full amount, in advance of the course date. The numbers on each course are restricted and we regret that a catering charge will be made for non-attendance or late cancellations. Reservations will be confirmed by letter and will include course timetable and travel directions.
