Product Description The HDS 801 E hot water high-pressure cleaner offers a number of very special technical features. Thanks to its emission-free electric heating, this unit is used in all those areas where the use of a burner is not permitted because of its emissions. It is used in hygiene areas of the kind found in food processing companies, hospitals, industrial kitchens, public baths, etc. The high-speed heating chamber and the hot water tank are separate entities for the purpose of rapid hot water production. The high-speed heating chamber has a water capacity of 19 litres and raises its temperature to 60°C within 2.5 minutes (24 kW version). The heated spray water that is required at any given time flows into the 36-litre hot water tank. Fresh cold water then flows into the chamber. The entire boiler is made of stainless steel.

The spray lance and high-pressure hose are pivot-mounted to prevent twisting and ensure fatigue-free operation over long periods of time.

The high-pressure pump installed in the HDS 801 E offers superb ruggedness for an extra long service life. The deep-drawn chassis is in one piece without weld seams and virtually corrosion-proof due to its galvanized, phosphated and plastic-coated finish. The detergent tanks (1 x 20 l + 1 x 25 l) are made of corrosion-proof plastics.

The mixer on the control panel mixes hot water with cold water from the float tank as required. The consumption of hot water varies accordingly.

Holders for accessories and power cable ensure that everything can be kept neatly stowed. A practical compartment is provided for nozzles and other accessories

Hot water which is not required at the moment rises up into the warm-water chamber and cold water flows into the quick heating chamber.

Boiler from stainless steel, integrated scale inhibitor with level indicator, heat-up time (70°C) 24kW machine 2,5 minutes - No exhaust gas, hence ideal for closed rooms, protection from scaling, corrosion proof.

Temperature control with optical indication - Infinitely variable temperature setting, automatic switch-off when the set temperature is reached.

Hot and cold water mixing valve on the front panel - Mixing of cold and hot water to suit cleaning job, by working with low temperatures the hot water stock is not worn out, saving energy.

Integrated detergent tank (20/25l), application by high-pressure, infinitely variable metering valve - Possibility to use two different detergents, economical usage of detergent, accurate metering, metering range: 0-80l/h.
