Karcher's modern, robust and powerful upright cold water high pressure cleaner has a slim space-saving design, low weight and high cleaning performance. The HD5/12C is an extremely versatile unit with a variety of features that make it suitable for fast and thorough cleaning of many different situations within industry. The retractable handle gives users the means to not only suit the height to their requirements but also to collapse the handle for space saving storage.

The HD5/12C has a rugged 3-piston axial pump for long service life accompanied by automatic machine shutdown upon release of the trigger gun for low energy consumption. The sturdy aluminium height-adjustable handle can accomodat all operators and provides good manouevrablity. The 10 metre high pressure hose, constructed from rubber with steel inlay, is designed to high standards and to deliver consistent pressure. The stainless steel 550 mm lance can be rotated during operation to prevent hose twisting and is corrosion resistant, whilst the triple nozzle gives optimum flexibility and easy change over of the cleaning jets. A 'Dirtblaster' nozzle is included for increased cleaning performance and is especially effective on pathways, drives, patios etc.
