OVEN CLEANER Powerful Clinging Oven Cleaner

Formulated to remove baked on deposits from cookers and utensils. Clings to vertical surfaces. Easily applied using trigger spray. Effective, ready to use formula.

USES: As an oven cleaner and for the fast removal of blood and other food products. Used in kitchens, bakeries, food plant and other areas of food product build up.

DIRECTIONS: Product is corrosive, always wear impervious gloves and safety goggles. Oven Cleaner will work best when the oven is warm (not hot). Switch oven off before application. Apply an even layer of Oven Cleaner by either trigger spray or by hand (using a pad) to the oven interior, following the table below for contact times:-

Cold oven Warm oven

Light grease 3 mins 1 min Heavy grease 30 mins 5 mins Baked on deposits 12 hours 2 hours

After appropriate contact time wipe off using a cloth and clean water. For very stubborn deposits a second application may be required.

N.B. Do not use on aluminium or galvanised metal.

TYPICAL SPECIFICATION: Composition: An aqueous blend of alkalis, surfactants, solvents and sequestrants. Colour: Pale straw S.G. 1.045 pH: >13.5 Viscosity: 1000 cps Odour: Low characteristic Shelf life: Two years minimum in unopened containers at ambient temperatures.
