Proven to be effective against a wide range of bacteria including: E.Coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Listeria monocytogenes

USES: To clean and sanitise surfaces not damaged by water. By alternating the type of bactericide on a monthly basis, strains of bacteria will not be able to evolve locally that are resistant to a single bactericide. Safe in use ideal for all kitchen work surfaces, ideal for tables and chilled cabinets, for bain maries after a clean down. Odourless, taintless and colourless.

DIRECTIONS: Anti - Bac1 is a ready to use trigger spray, predominantly coloured RED. Use it on odd months - January, March, May etc. Anti - Bac2 is a ready to use trigger spray, predominantly coloured BLUE. Use it in even months - February, April, June etc.

Spray and wipe off food and general soiling in the normal way ensuring that the cloth is regularly cleaned. Take common sense precautions ensuring that the product does not come into direct contact with food.
